Three steps, and the third one is a check.
1. Forward it
You get your own address. Forward invoices to it, or set a Gmail filter once and forget about it. A PDF upload works too.
2. We read it
Vendor, invoice number, dates, line items, total and currency come out of any layout. There is nothing to set up per supplier.
3. We check it
Lines that don't add up to the total, a missing due date, an invoice number you already have: the row is marked Needs review with the reason.

Questions
Do I have to give you access to my Gmail?
No. You forward mail to your Rowline address, or add a Gmail filter that does it for you. We never sign in to your inbox.
How does Rowline get into my Sheet?
We create the Sheet and share it with you, or you share your own Sheet with our service account. Either way you own it and can revoke access at any time.
What happens when it can't read something?
Nothing gets written. You get an email saying which document failed and why, and it's listed on the status page.
Scanned paper receipts?
Not yet. Rowline reads PDFs that contain text, which covers almost every emailed invoice. Photos of paper receipts are next.
Where is my data kept?
Rows live in your Sheet. Original files are kept for 90 days and then deleted. The details are on the privacy page.
