Privacy and retention

What we receive

The emails you forward to your Rowline address and the PDFs you upload. Nothing else. We never sign in to your inbox and never ask for access to it.

What we do with it

We pull out the invoice fields (vendor, numbers, dates, line items, totals), check them, and write one row to the Google Sheet you chose. That is the whole job. We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or train models on it.

Who else touches it

• Cloudflare receives mail sent to your address and passes it to us.
• Google stores your Sheet. You own it, and you can remove our access at any time.
• Anthropic runs the model that reads the document text. It does not train on it.

How long we keep it

• Original files and email text: 90 days, then deleted. Rows stay in your Sheet for as long as you keep them.
• Anything sent to the public demo (try@ or an upload on this site): 30 days, then deleted. The demo Sheet is public, so please don't send anything private to it.
• If you cancel, we delete your files within 7 days and stop writing to your Sheet straight away.

Ask us to export or delete anything at support@in.rowline.utopiamodels.ai. A person reads that inbox.
